The Planeta Ginga Film Festival is a Franco-Brazilian exchange project open to other cultural origins. This initiative aims to develop a cinematographic culture in the communities of the so-called "favelas."

After the first 2 editions in the communities of "Cidade de Deus" and "Morro de São Carlos", this 3rd edition will take place, this time, at "Complexo da Penha - Alemão".

This festival is an event that aims to promote the values ​​of diversity and intergenerational diversity through cinema and music.

Over two days, the population is invited to watch the exhibition of French and Brazilian feature films, all closed each night with concerts by artists from both countries and with the setting up of several workshops.

Twins for Peace participated as a social partner of Planeta Ginga to educate shoes about painting and shoe design and give t-shirts to communities.
