At Twins for Peace, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date you receive your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

You can return items that are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. However, the following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized items
• Sale or clearance items (as marked at purchase)

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email]. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label to attach to your return package. Simply drop the package off at your nearest shipping carrier.

Return shipping is free if the item is defective or incorrect. For other returns, a flat fee of $X may apply, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to provide photos and a description of the issue. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process once the item is delivered.
